Your body holds the answers-

Life's too short to feel crummy, confused, and at war with your body.

I know because I've been there.

Change for me came when I switched from fighting my body to getting curious about it. Now, I've built my practice around learning the language of bodies rather than stifling their voices.

If you are seeking the ease of good health - I'm your gal.

For me, healing happens when we get intimate with our guts.

I could spend my whole life studying our digestive system and never get bored.

What's going ON in there?

Each individual is their own wonderful web of life, and when we learn the unique needs, the specific constitution, the one-of-a-kind creation that is YOU - healing is inevitable.

Hi, I'm Eileen :)

I never thought I'd be free from my vicious cycle of digestive issues. Plagued with stomach aches since childhood, I always carried the notion that something was inherently wrong with my body.

A Lyme Disease diagnosis by age 6 and the subsequent long-term antibiotics set the stage for my laundry list of gastrointestinal woes. IBS turned into gastroparesis and eventually a full-fledged eating disorder that I carried through my teens and early 20s. I couldn't poop and everything I ate hurt - so naturally I'd develop an unhealthy relationship with food, nourishment, and the notion of taking care of myself (although of course it's 20-20 hindsight!).

A scary trip to the ER in 2022 following a colitis flare was my wake-up call. Despite having a rich knowledge of herbs & nutrition by this point in time, it took a major blow like this to move me. And I can honestly say it was the best thing that happened to me. It shook me to my core and forced me to finally start loving and listening to my body.

I share all of this because it informs the heart of my practice. I know what it's like to feel at war with your body- to feel helpless, confused, and embarrassed. I also know what it's like to finally get out of your own way.

I'm not here to fix you, I'm here to listen and guide you on your own path (because no one can walk it but you!). Sharing this message of hope, healing, and true body literacy has become my passion & practice.
